"The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy and had more than could be expected."

"Acceptable accommodation for a short break and good location from which to explore North Norfolk. Banged my head on low hanging ceiling lights a dozen times in two days, fortunately no damage done. There is definitely room for improvement but wouldn’t want to complain too much as I think hosts are trying to make the best of a less than perfect situation."

"Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. "

"Nice quiet flat, very close to beach with street parking. Good amenities and comfortable bed. Would stay again"

"Such a gorgeous place, , lovely and cosy and warm in a nice peacefu spot. Would recommended for a nice relaxing few days. "

"Lovely pet friendly property. Great secure outdoor space for the dog. Lovely kitchen and living area."

"Great location...yet bedroom and bathroom need maintenance"

"Great location, lovely house"

"Very comfortable accommodation everything supplied plus extras. Shop nearby short walk to the beach."

"Not a great experience, we checked in on a Saturday. The place is quite dark and cold. I sent a message to the owner on the Saturday with no response. We woke on Sunday morning with no hot water and despite any messages, it is now Monday and still no response. We ended leaving the place early and checked in somewhere else."

"comfortable two days"

"The property has a lot of potential, but it did feel quite dated. In addition to feeling dated, the property also didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, and there was a real damp/ musty smell that stood out.” We actually left a day early due to the smell. In addition to this the stairs are really steep. It was however in a lovely quiet location. "
