"Very professional staff. Convenient for an early flight as the hotel is basically in the parking lot of the airport. If staying longer a park and ride is across from the hotel so you can explore Norwich with out having to drive. "

"The history of the property and its quietness and closeness to the train station were factors. We were happy with the accommodation as well as the speed of room service."

"On arrival we were told by Reception staff that no breakfasts were included in our booking. We had to contact Hotels.com and send them a screenshot of the original booking form before the hotel would honour the contract. It appears that Hotels.com had not communicated the breakfast included option. Our room was not cleaned after day one: the Reception staff said that room cleaning was now an option which has to be requested. After hundreds of stays all over the world, that news was a first for us. The hotel was super, with great amenities. Apart from the above niggles, we’d recommend the hotel to others. "

"This was our second visit to Cromer Country Club and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, good accommodation, walkable to the beach over sometimes tricky terrain. We used the games room (lovely sunset views!) and the pool and hot tub, all of which were very clean as was the whole resort. The sustainability aspects are wonderful and if we had realised we could have requested a compost bin for our food waste we would have done so (our fault for not reading the info leaflet properly!)"

"Well managed apartment block, light , airy and modern. Very safe area, and I liked the security for the block, access code to get in, and 24 hour front desk. Staff were so polite and friendly, and Will in particular was so helpful. The room was very clean, had a small table and chairs, comfy bed, and ironing board, iron and hair dryer were nice touches. The kitchen was well equipped and super clean. Almost instant hot water in the shower and some toiletries were also supplied, which was a bonus. Communication was excellent with a fact sheet in the apartment which suggested where to eat, where to get shopping etc. which again was a thoughtful touch. Free Wi-Fi. Bit noisy at night outside, and some other guests were loud when coming in during the early hours, but overall, I would recommend highly, as a bargain price for what you get. "
