"A beautiful remote property, situated in the countryside. 10 minutes walk to a lovely, award winning pub with stunning food and friendly staff. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. The owners of this property, who live next door, were very welcoming and friendly. They've thought of everything, including a welcome pack of milk, bread and butter. There were a few other thoughtful treats but i wont spoil the surprise. Cleanliness of the cottage is definitely a 10/10. Cant fault...

We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. "Sandy Shores is a nice relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, bathroom walk in shower good. Enclosed rear garden with table and chairs just right to sit and relax in the morning or after a day roaming. Bus stop a few minutes away to Cromer onwards to Sheringham, can use bus pass. Buses don't run very late so look at timetable. Christine and Dave have a lovely place which feels cosy and welcoming when you arrive. Would recommend highly. In fact will probably return."
