One of the burners on the stove didn't work, the knives in the knife block were filthy with food on them, we paid for a cleaning fee too. But, worst of all there were ants all over the floor, and coming from the fireplace by the baseboard. "

"Property is newly built and very neat and clean. It's walking distance from the ferry terminal. There is a common area with kitchen that includes oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher etc. The only thing that's missing is air conditioner in the room. There was a portable fan. It gets very hot in the room."
