"The house is in a great location, however it does need some updating inside, bathrooms especially and the air vents looked like they had black mold. Overall a good option price wise but felt a bit uncomfortable with how outdated some of the rooms are. "

"Our family had a wonderful weekend stay at “Sunshine by the Sea”. The location was great with easy beach access. We also enjoyed the pool. The rooming worked out great for our family, with beds and baths for all! We could have used some beach chairs, but we managed just fine. A little painting needs to be done along with some updates, but we would definitely stay here again. "

"Perfect location for beach access and walkable to many restaurants and bars. A small grocery store is 1-2 easy blocks away. Inside the condo the king sized bed was comfortable and the host provided everything we needed for a stress free stay. This rental is perfect for an easy beach getaway. We will be back for another stay. "
