"It was a nice walk to breakfast pancakes were we saw our first ever local Black Bear as encouraged by our waitress! We also enjoyed the walk down and up all the way to Ober Tram. We would have preferred a river bear view from our window. The parking lot cedar trees and neighboring park space were ok. We loved the indoor pool with kid bear crawl sit spaces with a cave like feeling! Organic honey products also appreciated. "

"The elevator is broken and has been for months, and we were on the fourth floor. So, that was annoying, especially since we stayed several days and had lots of luggage. There is a ramp though. There is a balcony with a river running near it, but there is also the street view and traffic which impedes the peacefulness of the river. Everything else was nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good and they had an iced coffee option which was fantastic!"

"I booked this room on the fly, and am glad I did!! Pulling in it might look rough on the outside, but it's worth it. The room was huge, very clean, and very pretty. The best part is the balcony. It's got a creek/river view and stays shaded all day. You can sit there, relax, listen to the water....its wonderful. We never saw the staff, but our rooms stayed clean daily. Their breakfast in the morning is good- the usual offerings. The staff here at the front desk were very, very nice. Only two...
