"The Europa Hotel is in an excellent location on Sliema seafront and has a convenient drop off lane outside away from the busy main road. Popular beaches are a short walk away, as are some shops including chain stores. There are many atmospheric bars and restaurants on the promenade. "It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. "There is a little guest kitchen where you can cook breakfast or meals if you want to and our room had a fridge, kettle and mugs which was excellent. The water goes cold in the shower if you’re not quick though! A nice typical Maltese place to stay though. Near Buggiba and Qawra and right next to an excellent pizza place called Made In Sud and a fully stocked convenience store, 40 yards away. "
