Low price but great room

Overall hotel condition was excellent, it is clean, rooms are good and particularly it was amazing how hotel staff were taking care for guests. For me,the hotel location was little bit far away from public transportation. But, the hotel stuff did everything for me in order to arrange transportation related issues. It was pleasant.

Stayed a short time but was just what I needed. Thank you.

Being able to do my laundry was great, and I really liked the market next door. Carrying my bag up the stairs to the 4th floor was brutal though.

Will likely stay again.

Safe and quiet.

UH Suite made our stay comfortable. The front desk is great at communicating and were quick to respond. We had a few requests for our group and they were so accommodating and helpful to us. I also appreciated that they helped set up our groups private transportation to the airport. The suite itself provides all essentials to make it homey - fridge/freezer, microwave, glassware/plates. We were a group of 4 so having two bathrooms helps a lot, the suite size is just enough room despite all of...

The decor was so unique to the property. I loved the Brooklyn Mew York and Jazz Vibe! The staff were friendly and helpful!! We will definitely be back!

Our daughter (age 19) is doing a homestay in Korea. Where she was staying was going to be without water for 3 days and while the family had someone place to go, it would be a bit crowded with her there. So rather than having her be with no water for 3 days, she wanted to try and find a hotel. Booking through hotels.com from Colorado, while was she was in Incheon was fantastic and so easy. We were able to find a location 5minutes from her apartment. The hotel was wonderful and the price was...

Employees very friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and have good amenaties. The location of the hotel has good restaurants and shopping.

Very clean and easy to get to

As an airline crew, I have spent at least a half of any given calendar year in hotels for past 28+ years. When I walk into a hotel, there are a few things I look for and appreciate. 1. Is it clean? I even check inside of room vents. 2. Is the surrounding area deemed safe enough to walk as a female? 3. Are hotel staffs hospitable to help with my needs? 4. Is bedding comfortable and clean? 5. Is there interesting attractions near the hotel? 6. What are my food options? 7. Is there any extra...

Loved how they change the sheets everyday!! The staff were very friendly and always helpful if needed. Loved the rooftop patio. The location of the hotel was also very nice. It’s located in a system of alleyways that has lots to do. Great food, arcades, izakayas/bars.
