"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff where all very friendly and helpful. I strongly suggest buying the breakfast buffet. The food is delicious a good selection of items. I will definitely book this hotel for my next visit. Their is a wow pass kiosk and a convenience store on the property. Walking distance to a great outlet mall. I was able to book their airport shuttle, it is a 1st come 1st serve so get to the shuttle area before the scheduled departure time. If you are planning on spending time in Seoul, this hotel is far away. From the bus stop to hotel it's still a 30 min walk, taxis will get expensive. Just something to consider"

"Bathroom clogged, house keeping terrible, front desk guy was rude. After unclogging the bathroom was all splashed with dirty water and I had to clean. Supplies were no tissue, shower mat was replaced with a towel instead. I was there 3 years ago and went back. But this time was terrible !!"

"The room had the appearance of being clean but upon further inspection, it definitely was just appearance. The bathtub had hairs in it, as well as some hair and lipstick stains on the sheets. There was also used contact lenses on the bathroom counter. The woman that works there is extremely nice and helpful."
