"Northop Hall Hotel had beautiful grounds and loads of parking. It was a little out of town so you would need a vehicle. The room was comfortable but if you have heavy luggage…be warned that there was no elevator! Overall, it was a great stay for a night. The staff were lovely! "

Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"
