"Great stay, a last minute decision for a night in Hull. We had our own room with en-suite & we couldn’t fault it. Full use of kitchen on 2nd floor if needed. Staff couldn’t be nicer. Very convenient multi story car park opposite (cost us £9.50 to park overnight). Would definitely go back again 👍"

Took my dog, she was very happy there, we walked quiet lanes evening and morning from the door, saw 3 deer and lots of rabbits. "The hotel was entirely as described. I stayed for 2 weeks due to hospital stay and it was a comfortable safe place to stay. We had use of the kitchen area and the gardens were pretty even for the winter, I imagine they would be even better in better weather. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Dirty windows ripped curtains dull interior had job fiddling the Hotel, could do with a good clean over all I am very surprised that Expedia have not visited it and seen for yourself the state of the place. "Nightmare!! When I booked this place I was given an option to pay when I get to the hotel, but this isn’t the case. Plus the post code on here isn’t to the location of the hotel either grrrrrr!!! Plus on the Sunday there was any hot water. I must say Jan was great. I won’t be returning again. "
