"The criuise we are on is the Amanda Deluxe Cruise. The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable. The bad - the dinner was good. "We actually ended up in the bay Lan Ha next to Ha Long. Same scenery but less boats. Our craft was called Paradise Grand. Just delightful with delicious food and fun activities like cooking class, cave tour, village visit. Cannot recommend more highly. Not the cheapest choice so favoured by couples over 35 I would say. Not a party boat"
