"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Submitted student verification online but apparently it didn’t come through. Girlfriend had to wait 3 hours whilst I went and got my student Id. The lobby is fine, the rooms are sweltering, we had to sit next to the fridge. Relocation wasn’t an option. Had people telling the staff they were close to passing out. So glad we didn’t have to spend much time in the room. The bed had bugs in it which we got pictures of but didn’t realise till we got back late at night. "

"The window does not open and no fan in the middle of a heatwave. Emailed about a fan on the day of check in, got the email back two days later when we have left already saying that there was no fan available. Perhaps it would have been a better stay if there was any air in the room"
