Really kind, thoughtful and professional. I had travelled a long distance and arrived early. I was just going to ask to park and use the facilities but my room was already available. "We were visiting Anfield for the Legends game, so found this lovely guest house. Very clean, very comfortable with everything you might need. The kitchen is really nice, such a good idea (we didn't need to use it) Bathroom is spacious & the 1st floor shower is lush!! Definitely recommend "

"A very nice room with patio doors looking out onto countryside. Comfy bed, handy fridge / toaster / kettle with a sofa to relax on. My fewer stars on the staff/service is not a criticism but a reflection on the fact that I didn't actually meet anyone! Received an informative email before arrival and the key was in a lock box so there was no personal interaction needed."

"I had a good size en suite room for my stay. It is basic, but comfortable, and there is a nice communal kitchen space. It is a good central location in Llangollen, and reasonable priced. Unfortunately there was a bit too much road noise. "

"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"A few toothing problems upon arrival, but the host sorted. The room was generally comfy and clean, but could do with abit of TLC to make look better. Radiator wasn't consistently working, which was not nice in the morning. "
