"We enjoyed our trip but the house definitely had issues over the course of our stay. The house appears clean at first glance but we quickly realized it wasn’t. The floors were filthy, one set of pillows had stains and hair on them, towels were stained, there was crumbs in one of the beds. It seemed like the sheets had not been changed. "Nice area to walk around and explore. The two pool options are nice. 4 minute walk to the beach. The deck overlooking the beach is really enjoyable. When we booked the listing had mentioned hot tub (twice). We couldn't find it the first day, and after asking the management group, they told us to "ask the security guard". "This property is pure perfection, and the property management team was spot on in every way. We needed a few things that were missing, and they literally brought them within an hour, we were beyond impressed. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else when we come back to Seaside, this house is in a great location minutes to the beach (walking), beautifully decorated, and literally was one of the favorite places any of our party have every stayed!"

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. "We've stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood and this one is equally as great. They all have consistently exceeded expectation. This stay was just a quick weekend getaway with our family of 6 and the grandparents. Ample space, clean, amenities superb, and of course all the convenience of the neighborhood pool and shuttles to beach. Highly would recommend this property. "
