Staff were lovely and let me check in early on request. Car park out back was free but not a lot of spaces so it’s first come first served however I did see a car park nearby by you could pay for. Came for a concert in Cardiff which was perfect with the easy access via train and miles cheaper than Cardiff...

"Really comfortable room, staff at the bar were lovely although we never needed any Healy and were quite self sufficient. Rooms were newly decorated and the beds were great! Couple of issues, the shower head in the Brunel room was leaky (not to the point of it being a major issue) and we think there could do with being a curtain in the small bathroom window for privacy and to help keep it dark. "Annabelle’s house was comfortable and in a great location. My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to the train station and all the stores. On the weekends it is loud at night due to noise from the bar that is on the same street. But overall I really didn’t have any trouble sleeping and I appreciated the free breakfast! "

"This was the worst place ive ever stayed in. I had a small room in a terraced house on a rough housing estate. The room needs painting & cupboard was broken. The lady didnt even come out the front room to say hi. The bathroom also needs upgrading. Doors didn't shut properly, so other people in the house had to slam them shut. "
