"Had an early flight from Gatwick, and this was much cheaper than staying nearer the airport. 15 min train to Gatwick from East Croydon in the morning made it ideal. The room was tight, not much space for more than a bed. But I didnt need much space. Very helpful and warm welcome by the reception staff. "

"check in person was ok, when I went to ask a question he was a bit rude. Breakfast was simple but ok. restaurant (Indian) evening meal was very good. would definitely eat there again. walk from airport was ok (25 min ish) room ok, bus stop near by, felt safe would stay again"

"Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...

"Loved our stay. The property rooms apartments are tastefully decorated clean and spacious. Grounds are beautifully kept. There is a nice walk right around the property that we loved. Continental breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Our host Tracy was kind and always happy to help with anything. We will be back! "

"Did not receive the key code. Tried to call (says 24 hours in advance!?) but no reply. Funny that, could still book the rooms in the same area with them at 8pm on the same night! How does that work? Had to drive home 2 hours in the rain, tired, and cancel my plans with my son for the next day. Won't be using Expedia again. My son aslo said the room had 1 star, stock photos and mould! "

"No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "
