And they didn’t seem to acknowledge that, my fiance just went there the day before I flew in and when I entered. The key should of been handed to me, not him he was wondering why that was too"

We only got one bath towel on arrival and no bath mat. Waited hours to be delivered. Coffee facilities had one coffee sachet, one green tea, one milk, and one sugar. Breakfast is a joke.
