"Hotel network was down so they couldn't confirm my expedia booking but that was resolved with an offline phone call. Once the call was made check in was speedy and painless. Room ac wasn't fully functional initially. Seemed to kick into high gear overnight and was mostly pleasant. Staff at the hotel was amazing! Great customer service and they catered for my every need. "

"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. "I love this hotel. The staff is courteous, the food is good and their rooms and bathrooms always clean. The breakfast is standard and offers a lot of options. A good place to check in even late at night, they fixed us a fantastic diner at 1am and always with a welcoming smile. "
