"Upon arrival staff were very friendly, curtious. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was actually very good… unfortunately I didn’t go out to shops but my husband did and he was on foot, so they must have been close by. We tried connecting with the hotel again and they then claimed that there was no booking at all and that they hadnt received any payment from Expedia.
