"I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged,...

"The staff are quite nice but they don’t have what is needed to deliver a great service. Check in was poor. They couldn’t find my prepaid booking so I was automatically expected to pay again. I insisted so they had to call the boss to confirm I had paid. There’s no WIFI to be honest!!! If your WiFi can’t even last a minute then stop deceiving your customers.
