"The room is smell bad because of the humidity. Pillow and comforter should be clean it before let us checked-in, I can see all the black dot and stain on the pillow and comforter. Other than that, the location is very convenient to Luxun guli. For this price I paid. I may think this is a great deal. "

"The friendly Chinese-speaking staff tried very hard to make our stay at this hotel a good experience. Unfortunately they only had 1 English speaking employee on staff at the front desk during the day, and 1 at night, so every time we tried to communicate, that one person had to be called in to talk to us. Otherwise, their dinner buffet was exceptional, the room air conditioning worked well (important for the hot mid June days/nights), the location was good, and we received a free room upgrade...

"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"service is amazing. one time both our room entrance cards didn t work and an employee was around the corner to take them to the front desk for us and then brought back the cards to our room after. we feel very safe in the hotel. one time it was raining and we passed by an employee outside who offered his umbrella to us."
