Staff really helpful, took us to the door to showed us how to use entry lock, then took us upstairs explaining things on the way. Also found an extension lead for us to be able to use the heater. Suggest a blind in the bathroom for privacy and keeping warlth in."

My daughter had to clean the dishwasher and sink incinerator as it smelt really bad, for what I paid for the accommodation one would expect it to be clean. Also wooden walk area to the very small back yard is rotten, and the gate does not...
