"The staff was very nice and helpful. If I were rating based on solely them, I would give them 5 stars. They set up our extra bed, helped us bring our bags up, and made sure we did not leave anything behind after our stay. "Very convenient for resting the Boxtel Hotel in the airport for 6 hours prior to departure but downside is no bathroom or shower nearby , walking to one upper level. "

"Laundry sign, but no laundry whatsoever. Just a dirty sink in the driveway. If you sneeze, your neighbor can hear you. Insane amount of noise from street and skytrain. Building actually shakes."
