As soon as we arrived (2 hours early), after a long journey, tried to charge us almost double what we initially paid for an early check in. "The staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful and seemed to get along so well with each other. The place was super clean and well located to walk around sapa. Our room pretty quiet at night from street traffic. The front desk surprised us with snacks for the bus ride at 7am when we were leaving. So nice! "
