"Fantastic location in Siena and the staff was helpful with everything from extra pillows to arranging cab to train station. Like many hotels in Italy, the bed & shower were a little small, and you need to have an Italy power adapter vs EU."

"If you don’t mind walking up the stairs to the fourth floor (I didn’t), it’s a really nice accommodation. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is great, just 3 minutes from the square and Palazzo Pubblico. My room was nicely renovated and had a spacious and comfortable bathroom."
