Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...

"the property is ok the people are friendly and likeable, the free breakfast is good. I think you can get to the plaza de armas walking if you don't take the steps but deviate and go where the curved street is, if you take a taxi make sure to see where he goes bc if not the steps are exhausting to go and come back. online the property is listed in English as having a drier but it doesnt what they do have is a hair dryer."
