"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn ’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across...
"I like the beds very comfy and how nice was the staff, very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like the stained shower curtain, no hair dryer or iron board on room."
"Staff was very helpful and friendly, it's not a 5 stars hotel but it has everything you need for a good night sleep.
It's very convenient close to the plaza de las armas."
"One of the best experiences we've had while travelling. The staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming, the amenities exactly what we were hoping for and the location perfect for exploring Cusco."
