"Definitely not worth the money. Location was great though. Toilet ran constantly. Burn holes in the bedding-non smoking room- hair in the tub and on the floor and the overhead exhaust was very dirty! Only one towel given for two person stay. No face cloths or hand towels. Don’t get me started on the shampoo/conditioner combo- I forgot mine back home. Rust stains on the floor. Holes in the drapes. Overall some TLC would be a good thing. I’m thankful it was just me staying there and only for sleeping. Room smelled clean though. Fridge and microwave were also clean. "

"Room was very clean, lots of space inside. Room has a bed and a sofa, microwave(if necessary) and a mini fridge. The bed was a little stiff but all in all no complaints. The hotel sits at one of the better spots close to the falls. Very short driving distance from Clifton Hills or a 20 min walk whichever you prefer. Pretty close to Lots of places to eat and have a drink. Spoke with the Manager at checkout, whom is a very nice man. For a nice place for a couple to stay it provided us with everything we needed. Not only would I stay here again. I would recommend it. Thank you! "
