"The chalet was perfect, we all loved the convenient fireplaces, the steam showers, the cleaniness, the open concept living area, the oversized dining table and the 2 Dishwashers. Great gathering place for upwards of 9 people. We all Enjoyed it immensely! And within walking distance to the gondola!"

"Because of an unfortunate condition with the condo , our toilet was backed up and stopped. However, the management company was very gracious and considerate and friendly in finding us another place to stay, which was an outstanding property and we finished our vacation very satisfied the maintenance issue didn’t reflect on the quality of the condo we booked just an unfortunate timing. To be clear, our substitute accommodations were excellent."

"Overall it was a good stay! Clean and in a good location. The kitchen cabinets were pretty bare but had the essentials, especially nice was that they had Tupperware for leftovers! One thing they didn’t have was soap for dishes or the washing machines (to be fair, I didn’t ask as our trip was cut short). But overall a nice stay "

"Wonderful place to stay. Clean and organized with everything we needed, even above and beyond with extra blankets, fans, etc. Cooling system in the living room and master which was great during a very hot few days, but the second bedroom didn't have a cooling system. We opened windows in the evening and it was ok, but pretty warm. We would for sure stay here again."

"When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 51 degrees. All 4 thermostats were shut off. With that temperature the condo was inhabitable.We dropped off our luggage, turned on the heat and left for 1 1/2 hours. Prior to arriving we were advised that an early check-in would involve an additional fee. However with the room temp as it was there was certainly no previous guest there for days. Maybe the manager/owner could have seen to it that the heat had been on or let us check-in earlier for...
