"Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. "We were impressed by this brand-new villa. It is walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Cruz Bay. The villa was as described. The great room was nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. Two bedrooms and two baths were perfect for two couples. The pool was perfect for a morning swim or afternoon cool off. We enjoyed the view overlooking the car ferries coming and going in and out of the bay. The host was very attentive and informative. We would highly recommend this villa."
