"Being at the top of the hill meant walking most places was down hill. Still some places to walk up mainly to the larger piazzia. Great dining around the hotel both for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful older state house with large open area overlooking Perugia. Would stay here again"

"Basic, functional, and really great room, on the small size but with a high ceiling and a sense of space and airiness. The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season. "

She upgraded our room to a room with a view. The hotel is very clean . Our room had everything we needed in a perfect condition. Bathroom was fully renovated. Good breakfast No idea why this hotel is just 2 starts. It should be 3 at a minimum!"
