"Good night stop if travel via A7 as the hotel is located just a couple of minutes from the exit. Good commercial area with loads of shops and cheap auchan petrol station to refill. The good part of the stay was the secured car park at the back and the air conditioning working during summer heatwave. Everything else it’s pretty bad, but when paying £50 can’t really expect a lot."

"Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! The price was very doable for the days that we were there, and we were only a 10-15 minute walk from Avignon city center. The room was spacious and very comfy and the manager was very accommodating. We were traveling from the United States, and had a number of issues both on the trip getting to France and leaving, but the manager was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. Would definitely stay here again if visiting this part of France again. "

"I liked the couple that run this hotel at night. They were very helpful despite the fact I speak no French. Entry into the parking garage could be an issue and the gate has to be opened by the gentleman. They close at 8PM, so don't be late and there is a code to get in the front door to walk around town. "Location is lovely in the sweet town of Maussane. That said, the rooms are run down, the floor was dirty and the beds not that comfortable. The duvet wasn't in a cover, just laid out on the bed. Very simple breakfast offering, nothing to stop flies or wasps sitting on the food. "

He was very friendly and shared his knowledge of the area with us. He even took us to a pizza truck and translated for us (we only know English). Very happy with the stay"

"At 6pm my family and i didn’t have anywhere to stay on our journey south but saw there was a room available here. The owners were very accommodating and helpful and it made a lovely change from staying in an Ibis. It’s very well located in the centre of Orange and close to a few restaurants to grab a bite to eat. In the morning we had breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. "

Bed, pillows and quilts were comfortable and the extra fleece blanket kept me warm through the winter nights without having to turn on the heaters. Shower space was a bit small, but individual hot water tank for the room gave a steady flow of hot water. Enjoyable stay overall with the basic kitchen in my queen studio."
