"Arrivée tardive (3h du matin) . Pas d'hôtesse à l'accueil alors que j'avais appelé et que l'on m'avait dit qu'il y aurait quelqu'un. Il a fallut appelé pour que l'on vienne nous donner la clé. Le sol de la chambre était gras et glissant. Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes et nous avons dû faire le lit mezzanine pour notre fille car il n'était pas fait. Mobilier de mauvaise qualité. En partant il a fallut que j'appelle l'hôtel pour rendre les clés et préciser que nous n'avions pas pris le petit...
