The good part of the stay was the secured car park at the back and the air conditioning working during summer heatwave. Everything else it’s pretty bad, but when paying £50 can’t really expect a lot."

"It's a 2 star hotel so can the Relais et Chateaux guide... It bats above it's rating with friendly staff and good facilities. The pool is big and there is a kiddies' section, chairs are cheap and cheerful and it's a shame there are no parasols. Didn't use the restaurant as there are so many nearby but it made for a nice base for a few days."

"The hotel is well situated to Arles, yet quiet and quaint. The pool and sitting area offered comfortable opportunity for outside relaxation. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is pleasant, well attended, with a superb chef, offering excellent 3 course dinners. Our stay was most enjoyable and we recommend it for those who are tired of crowded downtown or chain hotels."

At some point there was no connection at all. The signal for the wifi was only 1 bar. There was no mobile network (signal) in the room."

"A complaint regarding the stay was down to hotel.com not explain there are 2 types of accommodation, one being in the main hotel and the other in what can be described as a studio with a sink. The place we stayed had a laminate floor in a very poor condition, the bathroom very small and grubby, the bathroom door would not close, in all a very disappointing 2 day stay.
