We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long night of traveling, and thanks to Latonia, she got us into our room early so we could get some sleep! "No hot water - it took literally 20 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower! Glass shelf in the bathroom fell off - I caught it before it hit the floor or toilet. The furniture and carpet were really ratty, but the maids kept the floor and sinks clean. Bathtub was rusty. Now the good stuff - the cleaning staff were great and the elevator was the fastest I’ve ever encountered - never more than a minute wait and we were on the 10th floor. "I would have given all 5 stars, but upon entering our room-it had been used and not serviced yet. Reservationist were very apologetic and moved us to a different room plus gave us drink tix and a little snack bag. We did not have a blow dryer. Property was nice. Beds were fine, the area was kinda sketchy-but ok for the quick couple hours of sleep we needed. "

"Pretty nice hotel steps from Times Square. It's an adequate room for a night or two. This is an older building, but it has some great character. Everything in the room worked just fine. Pretty big room for NYC standards. We had two adults and two children and we had plenty of space. Walking distance to everything. I would probably stay here again."
