"The room was clean, the bed was firm, bathroom was spacious. The office staff was very pleasant and they even had a canine ambassador. My room was the last available and probably on of the smallest, but very efficient.The street noise in the afternoon is misleading, as traffic goes to almost non-existent in the evening. I will gladly stay here again."

"When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. My husband called the phone # posted, but had a difficult time getting the staff to understand what we needed, which was simply to check in. It seemed like it still took her a while to show up. She was clearly in training (another male staff was assisting her), and there was a language barrier, however; there should have been someone at the front desk. We arrived late afternoon…not in the middle of the night."

"We really liked being right by the lake. The owners and friends were very very friendly and accommodating. We would return just because the owners made us feel like a part of their community. When we needed a brownie pan, he went into his own kitchen and lent us his! The amenities were old and not well supplied, but we hear that they will be remodeling and improving this unit. It had lots of character though."

"Check in was problematic. We were given the wrong room which led to uncomfortable conversations with the other guests in “our” room. The signage outside says this is a bed and breakfast, which it’s not anymore. This was very disappointing. The facility is set up so well for this. I hope they bring it back. "
