"Hard to give a rating. No heat or AC. Luckily temperatures were between 40-70 so not so bad. Can't say how it would have been had it been hotter or colder. Had an elevator, but didn't work. Was on the second floor so not too bad of a walk. Was clean, hot water was good. Only wifi on main floor. Second floor had router but didn't work. But price was very low so you get what you pay for. Door said they accept credit, but told me they only take cash. Overall the stay wasn't bad for what I paid. "
