"Property is clean and safe. I did not like that the front desk didnt take the intititive to fix my AC when i had a problem. The tall man was not very helpful. Also front desk seems very weak in customer service. Not very friendly, straight business , no personality "

But the staff was kind of rude in the beginning it was over charged for my room they kept my $50 deposit the first time the second night they said they wave my deposit because once again after booking and smoking room I ended up with a non-smoking room because they were not available because nobody was there what you have seen that old ones. And then I made a third reservation for three nights day and...

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It appears the rooms where renovated with last year or so as they had vinyl flooring vs. carpet and it appeared to be recently painted. Parking was plentiful and check-in was easy. Right off I-4 so very convenient to downtown Orlando and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby."

"Eventhough its located in busy Altamonte Springs, it's off the beaten path where its quiet and peaceful. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. We only stayed one night but my elderly mother had to be rushed to the hospital. After notifying the front desk about what happened they were so helpful and understanding. No one tried to rush us out (check out time was 11;00am). They allowed me time to care for my mother and finish checking out at my convenience without charging me extra for checking...
