"We absolutely loved our stay here. Staff are fantastic and very helpful. Hotel is around a 3 minute walk from the train station, the archaeological park and local restaurants You can also catch the bus to Vesuvius across the road from the station. Good breakfast, clean rooms and a large bathroom. Swimming pool is large and clean. We loved our stay!"

We were made to feel welcome and she suggested we visit Ravello which was the highlight of our trip. The breakfast was lovely and the beast ladies were so sweet. Please give Sabrina a promotion!! "There were no signs to the hotel which made it difficult to find in its remote location. The sign was to a resturant with a different name. No air conditioning or fan. The receptionist left at night and locked us in the hotel. The promised breakfast did not appear so left at 8.30 through the fire escape. Very disapointing."

"The hotel is in a brilliant location, the street is full of all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is lovely, friendly and genuinely caring. It's value for money."

"AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. "

"Traffic is absolutely horrendous. We booked this on the road and on line it listed when their front desk was opened. It stated to call directly to make arrangements outside of those hours. We arrived in those hours on a motorcycle and were concerned to leave it even for check in due to safety. The street sign on the front of the hotel was scary and it looked like a dump. We had a hard time getting into the whole building as we had to walk to a side street entrance and it’s part of what looks to...
