"The rooms are very clean and tidy. The walk to get ice or breakfast experience is absolutely not 5 star and barely 4 star. Keys stopped working several times for several guest. But the front desk was very professional and responsive to anything and very hospitable. At the end of the day, the staff made this 3 star hotel a 4 star hotel experience that I was satisfied with."

"The room had a terirble smell almost like mildew orr mold I had to keep sraying lysol to get the snell over... then a fer hours later i had to Do it again.. i hope thats fixed cause i cant stay again dealing with that.. & id love to come back but will not till i can breathe in the room"

"Everything was very good. The only thing was all the carpets have stains and a different order on each floor. In room, halls, even dinning room. You can see all have been cleaned but are so stained and in MANY places."
