"Room was outdated and not that clean. Windows were dirty and carpet. Bathroom was also needing to be cleaner and was outdated. "

"After a long day of flying it was very nice to be welcomed to the Inn by friendly receptionists. We had actually arrived earlier than the usual check in time but as the room was ready we were provided with it immediately. Great room, very clean, beds were comfy and the view was good. The Inn was nice and quiet. We were able to walk to a little Asian diner for our evening meal and in the morning the breakfast provided by the Inn was very good with plenty of seating available. We were close enough to the pier to walk to the ship we were going to board. I would highly recommend this inn to anyone travelling this way."

"Hotel Flor is a gorgeous historic building with beautiful accommodations. We needed early luggage storage while we waited for our room, and that was very helpful. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We were able to check in prior to our scheduled time, when the room was ready. Our room exceeded our expectations. Located in the CBD, we enjoyed the River Walk, Tampa Theater and a local restaurant. All within walking distance. We would highly recommend Hotel Flor, and will stay there again."

"Was a very nice and clean place. Very accommodating due to our flights getting cancelled and needing a few nights in an emergency. "

"We stayed here when our daughter took the bar exam so it was just due to convenience. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect. The "complimentary evening reception" they could make so much better as it is very limited on beverages/snacks. Most people skipped it and went to the bar. I found that requesting something from housekeeping was next to impossible. We did not want our room cleaned just request towels and the housekeeper (Beatu) told us no. We then called the front desk.. We never got those towels and went to borrow from the pool area. Speaking of the pool it is extremely small. In my opinion it has more of a motel vibe. We would never go back by choice. "

You might want to educate your staff on the highlights of your city… we asked one of the front desk staff about ideas of where to eat… she had no idea… a little disconcerting hoping for ideas of where to go when not familiar with your city and your staff should have ideas. "
