"Service was amazing, but the place didn’t look like the pictures. Stains on towels & bedsheets and beetles on everything in our room and bathroom. Parking in the back is difficult to get out from if the place fills up. It’s a quaint mountain town motel, but the pictures and comments made it seem like it would be better. Again, the service was AMAZING, and I think they’re doing the best that they can with what they have."

"The young man greeted us with a big smile.. let us check in a bit early since the Fairmont hot springs were closed. Room was just like the pictures. Bathroom needs a bit of a better clean. It was local and the beach was a 10 minute walk. "

"This is a unique property. It's not for everyone maybe because it is dated and has a motel feel because of its age. The staff are very accommodating, if few of them. The rooms are clean and have absolutely breathtaking views."

"Dealing with staff was excellent, the hot water wasnt the greatest, couldnt shower or bath for very long. Cabin was quite stuffy and hot. Location was great, and lots of cooking utensils etc."
