"This hostel is tip top. Staff, facilities and cleanliness could not be faulted. My only area of concern is the lack of lockers to secure valuables. Ther is also no laundry which I thought was unusual given the amount of guests hiking and participating in strenuous outdoor activities. "

"This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...

"Had a lovely two night stay at Dol Peris. All the facilities and home comforts you could need, perfect location for a walk up Snowdon and exploring the wider area. All rooms and common areas were spotlessly clean. Lisa was a lovely host too and so helpful and friendly. "

Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "
