"The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean. The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily. It’s a busy road with locals. "It was heavily raining when we reached the hotel. The main gate was locked. The hotel staff took so long to open the gate for us to get in. We got drenched completely by the time they opened the gate. When we got into the room after the registration, horrified to see the room full of cockroaches all over. Bed sheets were not changed from earlier occupancy. Could not sleep since the cockroaches were on all over the bed. Next morning, there were no facilities to have a cup of coffee before...
