"The hotel was a bit tricky to find, you have to be organised and check-in in advance and I had to chase up the check-in details on the day because they weren't sent to me. Communication was otherwise good. I was right at the top of the building so it was very hot, but the room was comfortable if a little worn, with peeling wallpaper and a squeaky bed. "Wir waren zu dritt zu einem Konzert angereist, das in unmittelbarer Nähe stattfand. Man befindet sich mitten im Zentrum. Bahnhof zu Fuß = 20 Min. Als ich mich fragte, ob es im Hotel Handtücher gäbe (ja!), stieß ich im Netz auf Beurteilungen, die "ungenügend" waren, also eine glatte sechs. Kritik: Kein Frühstück und viel zu laut. Ja, es gab auch für uns kein Frühstück, was wir aber ohnehin dort nicht eingeplant hatten. Es gibt unzählige Cafés (u.a. auch Starbucks) in der Nachbarschaft,...

"Great staff, and service - Anne was very welcoming and courteous....as were all ghe Bar Staff. The building is 13th century and lovely and quirky....though the stairs may be difficult to navigate for young or elderly "

"Most of Westminster College is used for students. The room was comfortable and had a mini kitchen. The breakfast included in the cost of the room is a full English breakfast, and was excellent. Be aware that the rooms are not cleaned daily - you can expect rooms to be cleaned every 3 days, however you can get extra supplies from Reception. I highly recommend the property."
