"Staff was great and the hostel overall is really nice they were accommodating when it came to storing my insulin in the fridge and keeping my ice packs in the freezer. I will say some of the area seems a bit sketch (I saw a guy get jumped) and it’s a bit out of the way from the central part of the city"

Not very close to the city centre, but taking the tram was fairly easy & it’s close by. The only negatives : check in was at 2pm, and my room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Also, if there was daily housekeeping , it was not very apparent they were there. "

"Cheap hotel with train and metro stations 30 second walk away. Rooms are clearly just wiped down, sheets changed and hoovered but still very dusty with floor ‘seasoning’ still visible. Only one very flat pillow for each bed. Otherwise, convenient hotel if you’re not a princess requiring home comforts. "

"This was a great location to stay just outside of Amsterdam. It was close to public transportation and in an area with a lot of shopping and eating options. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the pub that is on site. Get the beef stew over fries! Yum!"

"They did everything right and checked all the boxes. So here's what to know... It may not be a five-star hotel, but it operates like one... It checks all the boxes. I wanted a place to sleep which was close to transportation, and they provided it. Look, it isn't a luxury experience... Yet it's a small room.with a bed (surprisingly comfortable!) with a good AC unit - it was just what I was looking for on my.way back to Rottérdam. Great job, y'all!"

"I don't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a late check in in good time and was told that I would receive an email with a code, I was waiting all day for the code but I didn't receive anything. I called again before starting the trip and the lady said she would send a message with the code. I traveled 3 hours with a 5 month old baby and when I arrived there was no message or email. I called customer support and after waiting 20 minutes I was answered, but the lady provided all the wrong...

"Hostel in a green area with nice views from the rooms. Everything was as described, nothing more nothing less. Easy parking with charging stations. Would be a great stay in summer or spring."

"This was a good value overnight stay for central Utrecht, and great to have the private bathroom facilities. The room only has floor radiator that you can control, but I found it would only heat the side of the room nearest to it and not the rest of the room towards the bathroom. It wasn't a terrible issue, but a little irritating to be so cold everytime you walked to and from the bathroom. "El alojamiento está bien en general, a nosotros nos tocó una habitación a la ultima planta y hay que subir escaleras en espiral lo que es muy incomodo ( y esto avisando que tengo discapacitad). No hay secador de pelo, y el reservar de agua caliente está limitado. La dueña muy amable, el check-ing de entrada fácil, el parking publico muy cerca y gratis. "
