"What a find , all the reviews are bang on. An exceptionally warm welcome from Carolina and Max. Hotel is in the middle of everything walking distance to anywhere on a beautiful paved cafe street perfect for people watching. Had all Of my pre requisites for a work trip , great bed great blackout curtains and a great shower plus an area near reception serving comp coffee , tea , juice and water can’t fault it and have already booked for next year , you should too "

"La Bocca Resid is a good place to stay close to Cannes. Train station was nearby, bus stop outside, cheap dining options, local market, pastry shop. I felt safe in the area. It was a small bus ride from Midi beach."

"A return visit to a centrally located well priced B&B Hotel - As usual the room was very clean with crisp white sheets and pillows! The bathroom was modern with great shower and heated mirror - Breakfast is served on the top floor with a glass roof and outside seating - Wonderful breakfast with fresh coffee!"

"The hotel itself is nice. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood is residential and business mixed. Very close to the Sagrada Familia and to transportation, many restaurants to choose from and easy access to the other parts of the city. Very nice."

"Great location, very near to St Raphael train and bus stations, very near to the beach and a lovely promenade, and very near to shops and supermarket. Room was a little small, with some road noise when window was open, and lift wasn't working for the time we were there, but good value for £ during the week we were there. Front desk staff and cleaners all great!"

"You cannot beat the price for the location. I was in town for a conference and everywhere I needed to be was a 3 minute walk away plus the beach is so close. It's an odd set up with my room being literally by the reception desk and I was concerned that would be noisy but it wasn't. In fact, as my room was at the rear of the property, it was so quiet at night (even when local bars were still in full flow`). For me, the only negative was the room only had one plug socket which isn't ideal as...

"We booked this very last minute (hours before arrival). The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage the day we left so we could visit the beach and even let us change in another room. Great for a quick one night stay passing through Cannes. "

"staff were helpful during checkin and very nice to be able to park in a secure area. sncf station is not far and there are plenty of dining options around. promenanade is walkable as well. rooms were clean, comfortable. there is a balcony from the room breakfast was nice. baguette, croissant, juice, apple, coffee/tea. breakfast is served rather than a buffet. good deal overall and might stay longer next time"

"We needed to stay near Draguignan so it was perfect for us. Very friendly small hotel, breakfast was continental simple but good. The pool was clean, you have to pay extra for a towel. The bed was a bit hard for us but overall clean including the bathroom. Great value and I wish the new owners good luck."
