"9/10 Experience. Fairly new hotel with vinyl floors, no carpet. Good size rooms. It’s across from the CTC so you may hear concerts going on. Didnt bother me. They also sell earplugs. Overall waa a good experience, was staying in Ottawa for work. So long as the maintenance keeps up, I will definitely return "

"I visited with my two children (ages 4 and 6). We found the location perfect for all the places we planned to visit during our stay (museums, Cosmic Adventures, Parliament Hill, parks, etc.) Our drive to our destinations was never more than 20 minutes away (except for driving to Gatineau during peak times, but this was understandable). The hotel met all our needs. My children were disappointed with the limited entertainment (TV) options within the hotel, but that was just for in the evenings...

"Excellent hotel! Front staff was so friendly at check in, had fun at the pool and enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby! We didn’t leave the property after check in but noted four or five people asking for money from the short drive at the highway off-ramp to the front of the hotel. "

"One of my favorite places to stay. Very nice hotel. The rooms are always clean, the bedding is comfortable, breakfast has everything that you need to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!"

"Everything was good, just the A/C did not provide any heat even though I selected heat instead of cool air and the Alarm clock was defected, I could not set the alarm"
