"We never got instructions how to check in no one could find the place including multiple taxi drivers. The place is advertised as moon paradise but it is actually called Moonlight condos here in Mexico so it is impossible to find the place. We spent hours trying to check in, but there is no office anywhere in sight and we never saw any employee. We found a local person on the street that helped us find the place. There were no instructions to check out. Everything about the place is very nice...

"Maryel took care of everything. She was there for us when our flight was delayed and we had to round up Gustavo to get us to the hotel from the Cancun airport. She checked in with us all the time to make sure everything was good. She was there for us when we had to request a little bit of extra time.
